We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to our executive team. This is not a traditional assistant position.
One hour you might be helping prepare a pitch for a major streamer. The next you could be designing social assets, researching incredible talent, coordinating production logistics, organizing executive meetings, or helping bring a brand-new television concept to life. What You'll Do
-Manage a dynamic executive calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating calls.
-Design graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
-Assist with social media content and creative marketing initiatives.
-Research extraordinary talent, stories, and emerging trends for television projects.
-Understand technology for newsletters and internal proprietary database
-Coordinate day-to-day executive priorities and special projects.
-Handle occasional business and personal related errands and logistics.
-Serve as a trusted asset who keeps projects moving efficiently.
What We're Looking For
-Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
-Outstanding written and verbal communication.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in Google Workspace.
-Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
-Social media experience is a plus and samples will need to be provided upon request
-Interest in unscripted casting and development
-A positive attitude and genuine willingness to help wherever needed.
Location
This is a full-time hybrid position based in the San Fernando Valley. Some days are spent collaborating in person, while others can be completed remotely. There is no fixed work-from-home schedule. Candidates who live in or near the San Fernando Valley are strongly preferred. A reliable vehicle and clean driving record are required.

Salary/Benefits
$900.00
per week
900 a week plus over time.
