Servicing and Delivery Coordinator

This is a Full Time Job

Myriad Pictures, Inc., a Santa Monica based entertainment company involved in the develpment, financing, production, and worldwide sales of major motion pictures and television programming, is currently looking for an energetic, resourceful and take-charge individual to fulfill the role of Servicing and Delivery Coordinator. Candidate should be detail oriented and effective in problem solving and performing project related tasks.

Job responsibilities:

· Placing orders with vendors for film/sound/video as requested by International distributors.

· Dealing with International distributors for all delivery requirements.

· Maintain administrative files.

· Communicate with vendors regarding rejections/discrepancies.

· Perform other tasks involving delivery/post-production as requested by the head of the department and other senior executives.


Qualified candidate must have:

· Minimum 2 years of Delivery/Post-production experience.

· Experience with QuickBooks and Excel preferred, but not required.

· Thorough knowledge of all film elements, video/sound formats for International delivery.

· Ability to multi-task and work independently.

· Good oral and written communications skills.
