Part Time Job
Job Duties --- The Receptionist / Billing Clerk's primary responsibility is to answer incoming calls on the company's multi-line telephone system, determine the purpose of calls and forward them to the appropriate personnel or department. The position also takes/delivers messages and transfers calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable. In addition, the position answers questions about the company, provides callers with driving directions and other necessary information, welcomes onsite visitors, determines nature of business, announces visitors to appropriate personnel, monitors visitor access and routes mail. On the Billing side, the position assists the Accounting Manager in the creation of invoices in QuickBooks.
Software --- Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Outlook, FileMaker, Internet Explorer, QuickBooks.
Hours --- Monday through Friday, day shift, 6 hours per day (flexible)
