Internship Duration: Spring 2023
Time/Days Required: 15 hours per week for school credit
Workplace Requirements: In office in NYC
Internship Duties
Track artist mentions and engagement across all social media platforms
Brainstorming new ideas for social campaigns, across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube in order to promote releases and live shows/tours
Help manage company Spotify Playlists
Customer service and fan engagement via the Mutual Friends social accounts
Act as a community manager on our Discord channel
Editing short-form content
Help maintain social calendar by scheduling posts
Research and monitor social media strategies, trends, and the platform features in an effort to bring new ideas and techniques to our own social media strategies.
Requirements
Ability to use TikTok
Knowledge of and experience with Excel/Google Sheets
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, iMovie
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ready to be part of a fast-paced team
Excellent communication skills
Passion for music and the entertainment industry as a whole
Ability to be in NYC office at least 15 hours/week
