Drive awareness of-, fuel conversations with- and create engagements with top labels, artists directly, management companies and publicists and Music.com.
Work with all to stimulate the creation and upload of song stories to the Music.com platform. (Self-service model).
Success: Content being directly uploaded to Music.com
Work to create a pipeline of premium A-list and Emerging artist stories to be co-created with labels/managers/publicists to drive awareness of new music. (Co-creation model).
Success: Booking Music.com collaborations with in-cycle, major label artists.
Work to plant seeds throughout industry to ensure Music.com is part of the music marketing consideration set of all relevant parties.
Success: Meetings with marketing departments at labels, managers, publicists, etc. to showcase the Music.com offering.
Success: Inbound inquiries from the above requesting meetings, RFPs, or other formal requests to collaborate on music marketing launches.
Sony 360RA
Drive awareness of- and fuel explorations of Sony 360RA technology among the artist and producer-community.
Engage artist community (artists and producers directly, labels, management, etc.) with offer to get an early look at Sony 360RA technology.
Success: Artists visiting a 360RA demo location to sample technology.
Success: Artists collaborating with 360RA engineer to craft a 360RA mix of an existing song.
Create opportunities for 360RA video production.
Artists' reaction to experiencing 360RA caught on camera.
Producers explaining the process of creating using 360RA software.
Success: Videos produced on 360RA's behalf and within their budget parameters.
Artist Stakeholder Relationship Management + Operational Expectations
Set Introduction meetings to include yourself, Billy Dutton and Robby Wells with relevant artist stakeholders (Labels, Management, Publishers, Publicists, etc.).
In collaboration with management, establish and manage content creation budget expectations.
Meet weekly - at times in person - to establish long-term and short-term goals for position and its expected outcomes.
