Assistant to Agent, Physical Production

Boutique below-the-line talent agency in Santa Monica seeks highly motivated assistant. Job is in-person at our office located in Santa Monica, CA. Candidates must have 1 plus years office assistant experience in the entertainment field either at a talent agency, casting or management company. Must be extremely detailed-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Candidate must have interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with others. Strong attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, PC and Mac. InEntertainment experience a plus. Responsibilities include administrative and client support. Applicant should have experience scheduling appointments, rolling calls, maintaining call sheets and other databases. Looking for someone that can start as soon as possible.
