Brand Creative Production Ambassador
DEPARMTENT OVERVIEW:
The MTV/Vh1 Brand Creative department is responsible for all MTV/VH1 promotion (advertising, promos, digital, and big idea stuff). We are a team of writers, producers, directors, editors, coordinators, and production assistants that work to turn ideas into polished, attention-grabbing and entertaining advertisements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following responsibilities are to be fulfilled effectively and efficiently. They include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Support Production team on all Off-Air projects
• Keep projects on schedule: this includes prioritizing and organizing multiple projects concurrently to meet deadlines
• Be able to give a comprehensive overview of all current projects in the Off-Air Design group to Sr Director of Project Management and above
• Help coordinate digital advertising media buys, including online banner campaigns and outdoor digital mediums
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Microsoft word, office, and excel
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency
• Close attention to detail
• Excellent communication (written, oral, interpersonal) and organizational skills
