Sales Account Executive - MTP, Inc.
About The Position
As a Sales Account Executive, your role is to forge and foster productive client partnerships for MTP, Inc. Sales Account Executives create new relationships, grow existing relationships, and fearlessly go after new business. You have an endless drive, the desire to open doors and close sales, and the desire to make a difference for your clients.
This is a Sales Account Executive role. You will make a high volume of cold calls. We believe you build relationships with voices and faces, not with emails.
The ideal Sales Account Executive will have 3-7 years of experience & have worked as a recruiter (or equivalent role). Media production experience OR a strong understanding of the media production process is preferred but not required.
Sales Account Executives conduct in-person, local, client meetings to understand each client's needs and to deliver MTP as the ideal staffing solution.
Sales Account Executives are charged with contract negotiations, working with vendor management systems, and more.
Sales Account Executives aren't deterred by rejection and never give up. They maintain positive mindsets through the ups and downs of a sales cycle.
Sales Account Executives are motivated by the direct financial gain that comes with each of your successes.
Sales Account Executives have a strong sense of urgency.
Experience:
Business to Business sales: 2 years (Required)
Recruiting Services Sales / Business Development: 1 year (Preferred)
Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
