• Experience in a theater, arena, or similar high-volume operational environment, with knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and scheduling requirements preferred.
• Confident, approachable, and collaborative, with the ability to maintain an active business presence, build relationships, and communicate effectively with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Sound judgment, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, recognize when escalation is necessary, and manage sensitive situations professionally.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities, high-volume interactions, and time-sensitive deadlines.
• Demonstrated integrity, tact, diplomacy, and discretion when handling confidential employee and business information.
