Temp Coordinator, People Acquisition
Location: New York, NY
Job Description:
The Temp Coordinator, People Acquisition is responsible for supporting corporate hires within the MSG Family of Companies, managing the hiring process from start to finish, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
• Execute key processes such as creating job postings, requesting approvals, coordinating interviews, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Respond to candidates and potential applicants via phone and email, serving as a point of contact for recruitment inquiries.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, onboarding, and new hire orientations.
• Escort candidates for onsite interviews.
• Provide administrative support to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates with attention to detail.
• Assist with the administrative functions of the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
• Ensure data integrity within the ATS by maintaining necessary documentation.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and tact.
• Participate in ad-hoc project work as needed.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience: 1 year of HR or recruitment experience.
• Skills: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems, exceptional organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
Work Schedule:
9am-5pm, Monday-Friday (In-office)
Pay:
$30 USD per hour
