Who are we hiring?
Coordinator, Talent Acquisition is a key role within the Talent Acquisition team. The coordinator will provide support for corporate recruitment functions by managing the recruiting coordination process and by providing exceptional candidate experience. This will include scheduling interviews, booking candidate travel, managing reimbursement process, and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have some experience in recruitment or be familiar with the recruiting processes. The coordinator will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the smooth running of projects and operations.
What will you do?
• Manage key administrative processes that include but are not limited to interview coordination, candidate management, and maintaining recruitment process knowledge.
• Corresponds to candidates and potential applicants by answering incoming calls, emails and serving as a resource of information throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Interfaces with internal resources and outside vendors regarding pre-employment requirements, including background checks and New Hire orientation.
• Prioritizing and coordinating a world-class candidate experience from initial outreach to offer & onboarding stage.
• Ensure the administrative support needs of the recruiters, hiring panels and candidates are met promptly and with precision.
• Assist with administrative process in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
• Assist with recruiting workflow reports out of ATS for reporting and analytics needs.
• Ensure data integrity in ATS by ensuring all necessary information/documents are uploaded and accessible.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
• Assist and lead end to end recruiting process documentation to ensure consistency across locations.
• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
What do you need to succeed?
• 1 years' experience in HR or Recruitment Experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with strict attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Previous experience in HR or Recruitment, with knowledge of recruitment processes preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems preferred.
• Excel skills are strongly preferred.

Salary/Benefits
$45,000 - $65,000 /year USD
