Server Assistant

This is a Part Time Job


During Arena events, the Madison Club Server Assistant works at food stations, busses tables and assists with any guest inquiries. This individual exhibits a warm, friendly and professional demeanor at all times to further enhance the guest experience.

What will you do?
• Set up club space prior to event and maintain cleanliness of space during event.
• Responsible for Club stations during service toinclude:keeping stations stocked, neat and clean; running food from kitchen/pantry; serving food; preparing coffee beverages.
• Address any guest questions or concerns, escalating to Supervisor as needed.
• Adhere to Department of Health food handling regulations and Company’s alcohol service guidelines.
• Position could be assigned to another area within Premium, as per Local 100 contract and call sheet order.

Special Requirements
• Able to walk and stand during the entire shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.

Hourly Pay Range
