The Senior Manager People Acquisition will lead full-cycle recruitment across a diverse range of roles from entry-level to senior leadership level positions for assigned business divisions. The Senior Manager is a strategic advisor and trusted talent partner to leaders across the organization and focuses on building high-performing, diverse teams that drive our global brand presence and fuel our commercial success.

What will you do?
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across core business areas including Sports Operations, Global Partnerships, Sponsorship Sales, Marketing, and Fan Engagement.
• Act as a utility recruiter–stepping in wherever talent needs arise, while bringing a commercial and partnership lens to hiring.
• Design and implement talent strategies that attract top-tier candidates from sports, entertainment, media, and global brand sectors.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and HRBPs, providing insight on talent planning, organizational design, and market trends.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and business stakeholders to scope roles, develop competitive offers, and align hiring plans with strategic goals.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, niche boards, referrals, AI powered tools, etc.).
• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand values.
• Use data and market intelligence to shape recruitment decisions and optimize hiring outcomes.
• Drive inclusive hiring practices that ensure equitable outcomes.
• Represent the organization at industry events, networking functions, and DEI initiatives related to sports, entertainment, and partnerships.
• Lead or contribute to high-impact Talent Acquisition projects across the enterprise, including process optimization and employer branding.
• Serve as the Greenhouse ATS owner for your function–driving system adoption, maintaining data integrity, and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Create and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and hiring velocity, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Continuously assess and refine recruitment workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiting coordinators, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
• Drive accountability and development through regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and goal-setting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure coordinators have the tools and training necessary to support complex scheduling and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing solutions in partnership with coordinators.
What do you need to succeed?
• 8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within sports, entertainment, global partnerships, or agency environments
• 3 years of experience leading people and managing a high-performing team
• Ability to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement to consistently achieve recruitment goals and organizational objectives.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong business acumen and the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Skilled in building diverse and talented pipelines.
