The Sr. Director, Partner Success will lead and develop a team that is responsible for managing multiple relationships with current and future MSG Sports & Entertainment partners. The key focus of the role will be on managing a team responsible for delivering incredible customer service to clients throughout the year and will have accountability for driving revenue through strategic renewal and upsell of current partners.
What will you do?
• Lead and develop a team that is responsible for managing business and marketing relationships with over one hundred advertising partners including activities such as client service, activation, and supporting the renewal sales processes
• Build strong relationships with external client contacts to ensure strategic alignment, delivery against objectives while delivering exceptional customer service
• Identify revenue opportunities and support the overall sales process being led by Crown Properties Collection
• Serve as the primary liaison while building strong relationships between the Partner Success team and internal stakeholders to deliver superior results
• Lead flawless execution and delivery of contractual assets across MSG assets
• Effectively lead and develop account management team by promoting an inclusive culture and creating career developmental paths
• Implement short and long-term partner strategies for client retention and growth while ensuring the Partner Success team delivers quality service
• Lead and execute renewal, upsell and extension sales processes as required
• Lead day-to-day responsibilities for account including status reports, weekly planning calls, budgets, CRM, amongst others.
What do you need to succeed? (Old header = Qualifications)
• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience
• Strong cross-functional leader who can partner with internal and external clients
• Knowledge of sports, music, media, and entertainment marketing platforms
• Proven developer of talent
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively to maximize productivity
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Advanced strategic and analytical abilities
• Demonstrated ability to convert insights into business opportunities
• Project management: ability to keep projects on track and delegate when necessary

Pay Range
$174,000 — $195,000 USD
