Graphic Designer - Presentation Specialist

The Designer is responsible for bringing partnership concepts and opportunities to life through strategic visual storytelling and impactful pitch materials. The Designer will specialize in developing compelling presentation decks and co-branded marketing assets.

What will you do?
• Design high-impact presentations that communicate partnership value propositions for brand clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnership teams to develop visually compelling pitch decks, recaps, and case studies.
• Create consistent visual narratives that align with brand guidelines and enhance storytelling across all presentation materials.
• Design custom graphics, layouts, iconography, logo lockups, and both digital and print marketing assets to support partnership strategies and activations
• Translate complex marketing ideas, data, and insights into clean visual formats.
• Support both quick-turn presentation needs and long-term creative projects for major brand campaigns.
• Contribute to the creative direction of new partnership concepts and bring ideas to life visually for client-facing materials.

What do you need to succeed?
• 4 years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on presentation design and storytelling.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing visually engaging presentations using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
• Experience designing for marketing partnerships, sponsorships, or B2B sales materials–preferably in the sports, entertainment, or media industries.
• Exceptional print design, digital design, branding, deck design, and typography skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrates strong presentation, analytical, and conceptual skills
• Ability to effectively brainstorm and generate creative ideas
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetics
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines

$75,000 — $90,000 USD
