This is a Full Time Job
The Coordinator, People Acquisition is the entry-level position within the People Acquisition team at MSG Sphere. The Coordinator will provide support for all recruitment functions including managing the recruiting process by scheduling interviews, generating offers, and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have some experience in recruitment or be familiar with the recruiting processes. The Coordinator will expand across multiple functions of the business from corporate to venue hiring.
What will you do?
• Manage key administrative processes, which includes interview coordination, candidate management, onboarding, correspondence with applicants and maintaining recruitment process knowledge.
• Interface with internal resources and outside vendors regarding pre-employment requirements, including background checks and New Hire orientations.
• Provide an enhanced customer and candidate experience and market MSG as a great place to work.
• Assist with administrative processes, reporting, and ensuring data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by ensuring all necessary information / documents are uploaded and accessible.
• Participate in hiring events and job fairs as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
What do you need to succeed?
• Bachelor's degree or has 1 years of recruiting coordinator experience with proven abilities to manage competing priorities and a demanding workload.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with strict attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, changing entrepreneurial work environment while performing multiple tasks is a must.

$45,000 — $65,000 USD
