The Coordinator Internal Communications has a front-row seat to shaping how employees across the MSG Family of Companies stay connected and inspired. This role is the heartbeat of our team, bringing order to creativity, flow to information and rhythm to storytelling. The Coordinator Internal Communications will help ensure that every message reaches the right people at the right time, making a real impact on how our employees connect with the organization. The Coordinator will report to the Director of Internal Communications.
What will you do?
• Own and evolve our internal communications ecosystem (i.e. intranet, email, digital signage, templates, style guides, distribution lists, feedback loops, etc.).
• Develop and maintain an internal channel strategy to maximize reach, clarity and engagement.
• Manage and maintain content calendars, workflows and internal campaign timelines to ensure on-time content production and delivery, supporting strong and efficient project management across the team.
• Establish intranet as a prominent culture-building channel and hub, consistently improving the user experience with an emphasis on easy access to relevant and accurate information.
• Create and enforce channel governance standards to ensure content quality, consistency, accuracy and alignment.
• Write, edit and curate compelling employee communications across multiple channels.
• Support the tracking and reporting of internal communications performance using metrics (open rates, click-throughs, feedback loops) and help us understand what’s working, where we can improve and how communications are driving employee alignment and connection.
• Supports the management of third-party vendor platform relationships.
What do you need to succeed?
• 2 years professional experience, preferably in communications, project coordination, or marketing
• Multitasking capabilities to keep things organized in a fast-paced collaborative setting
• Strong attention to detail, time management and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for clarity and tone
• Familiarity or expertise with content/project management tools
• Passion for culture, employee experience, and building community

$53,000 — $65,000 USD
