Social & Digital Video Editor for Podcast, Tennis Channel, Santa Monica, CA.

Tennis Channel is seeking a Freelance Social & Digital Video Editor to own the creation of all social and digital video clips for a tennis-focused podcast franchise. This role sits at the intersection of podcast production, social storytelling, and platform-native editing, transforming long-form conversations into compelling short-form content.

Responsibilities include editing short-form and mid-form clips from full podcast episodes, identifying standout moments for social distribution, and ensuring all content aligns with brand voice, visual standards, and storytelling approach. The editor will create platform-optimized versions for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms, incorporating captions, graphics, motion elements, and pacing to maximize engagement.

The role collaborates closely with podcast producers, hosts, social strategists, and executive leadership to align content with editorial goals, content calendars, and growth strategies. Additional responsibilities include managing editing timelines tied to episode drops and key tennis moments, maintaining organized workflows, proactively pitching new clip ideas and formats, and contributing to a recognizable visual identity for Tennis Channel podcasts.

This is a freelance, onsite role in Santa Monica, CA, expected to run through early December 2026.
