This is a Part Time Job
The Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages and food items to sell to guests during events in a friendly & courteous manner. This position is also responsible for maintaining cleanliness of their assigned location, processing charge transactions and assisting Team Leads with timely set-up and breakdown of all work areas, specifics in food safety, food production, guest relations, equipment use and maintenance.
What will you do?
• Mixes, garnishes, and services alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests.
• Process charge transactions for food/beverage selling areas.
• Walking and selling various food and beverage, including alcohol, throughout the theatre and front-of-house.
• Assist stand leads and supervisors in the set-up of the assigned selling area.
• Notify the Team Leader of product that requires replenishment during an event.
• Have a working knowledge of the theatre policies and important locations, i.e. restrooms, telephones, medical, security, etc.
• Answer and direct patrons in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist Team Leader in the closing down of concession and bar areas at the conclusion of an event.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains Health Dept. standards and executes the procedures in place.
• Adheres to TEAM training guidelines
• Position could be assigned to another area within Premium, as per Local 100 contract and call sheet order.
• Address any guest questions or concerns, escalating to Supervisor as needed.
What do you need to succeed?
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Must be able to handle transactions without a register.
• Must be comfortable with heights.
• Must be able to complete daily and nightly inventory.
• Flexibility in scheduling with the ability to work at least 4 days/nights a week including weekends and holidays.
• Must have strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task and partner with asst. supervisors to handle customer service issues.
• Must be flexible to rotate positions within a shift.
• This position is part time and event driven.
• Bartending license is a plus.
Special Requirements
• Must be receptive to working outside in inclement weather and extreme temperatures.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move about the theater throughout the duration of the shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.

Hourly Pay Range
$11 — $11 USD
