We have an immediate opening for a Coordinator to be based in Los Angeles. Ideal candidates are looking for hands-on experience, excel in a collaborative environment, and interested in PR as a long-term career. We are looking for strong team players that think creatively, independently and strategically.
What You'll Do:
Manage and coordinate scheduling as well as additional logistically support.
Assist in creating and pitching clients for press opportunities, draft press releases and bios, and tracking and distributing media coverage.
Assist in the launch of film, television, streaming and awards campaigns from development, execution and reporting.
Work closely with press, studios, filmmakers, showrunners, networks and representatives.
Manage and coordinate client press schedules.
Assist with managing press appearances and media coverage for clients including covering interviews, events, etc.
Assist with staffing for junkets/press days, premieres, awards shows and events, etc.
What You'll Need:
Knowledge of the film industry.
Ability to cultivate and nurture strong relationships with the press.
Ability to interact with persons at all levels including filmmakers, talent, press, executives, etc.
Ability to work independently, use good judgment and meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Solid writing skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Impeccable organizational skills and detail-orientation.
