About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Viral Marketing to lead the team responsible for social-led brand and campaign strategy across the MrBeast organization - spanning our own brands, creator collaborations, and external partners. You’ll oversee how ideas move from creative spark to full-scale execution, building marketing programs that travel organically, perform measurably, and make an impact at cultural scale.

This role blends creativity, strategy, and operational leadership. You’ll shape how we work with brands, creators, and platforms to develop campaigns that make noise and are impossible to ignore.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and grow the viral marketing function, developing breakthrough campaigns that connect audiences, brands, and creators.
• Build the strategy, structure, and systems that enable creative ideas to move quickly from concept to execution.
• Oversee campaign development across internal brands and external partnerships - from creative ideation to launch.
• Partner with social, content, and production teams to ensure cross-channel integration and quality.
• Define performance metrics and use data to optimize effectiveness and scale learnings.
• Manage multiple, fast-moving projects with clear ownership of timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Cultivate relationships with brand and creator partners, ensuring campaigns align with both business objectives and audience expectations.
• Develop and mentor a multidisciplinary team capable of producing work that moves culture and drives measurable impact.

What You’ll Bring
• 10 years in marketing, social, or content leadership - ideally across both agency and brand environments.
• Proven success creating viral, social-first campaigns that deliver business impact and cultural relevance.
• Deep understanding of how to translate brand objectives into campaigns that drive reach and impact.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creativity, storytelling, and results.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex partnerships.
• Strong creative judgment and ability to coach teams toward work that’s culturally relevant and high impact.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, collaborative, and highly visible environment.
• Ability to be onsite in Greenville, NC (required)
