The VP of Brand Partnerships leads the identification, structuring, and execution of holistic brand partnerships that span branded integrations, premium media packages, IP licensing, co-productions, and product collaborations. This senior executive role demands a visionary leader capable of creating long-term, high-value strategic partnerships with major global brands, resulting in innovative and impactful 360° campaigns that fully leverage MrBeast’s content ecosystem and IP.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead global brand partnership strategies, structuring high-impact deals that integrate branded content, media, IP licensing, product collaboration, and production partnerships.
• Proactively identify and secure long-term strategic relationships with key global brands, agencies, and strategic partners across diverse verticals.
• Build and articulate compelling integrated partnership proposals tailored to partner business objectives, leveraging MrBeast’s full suite of content platforms, IP assets, and commercial capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Partner Solutions, Content Production, Sales Operations, Legal, and Creative) to seamlessly deliver multi-dimensional brand campaigns and IP activations.
• Negotiate high-value, complex partnership agreements, managing relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives at partner organizations.
• Foster trusted, long-term relationships with partners, maximizing renewal, upsell, and strategic alignment across MrBeast’s global business.
Skill Requirements & Qualifications:
• 15 years experience in partnerships, integrated media sales, branded content, or business development at leading platforms or media organizations (e.g., Google/YouTube, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, Netflix, Disney, or similar).
• Demonstrated success developing and executing comprehensive 360° brand partnerships, incorporating media, branded integrations, IP licensing, production collaborations, and custom product launches.
• Exceptional strategic negotiation skills, capable of securing multi-million-dollar, multi-year agreements with major global brands.
• Outstanding executive presence, communication, and storytelling capabilities, able to articulate complex partnership opportunities clearly to senior-level executives.
• Deep understanding of media monetization, IP licensing structures, digital content production processes, branded entertainment, and influencer marketing best practices.
• Strong collaborative and cross-functional leadership capabilities, skilled at aligning multiple internal teams to deliver complex partnership commitments.
• Highly entrepreneurial and creative thinker, able to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends, content formats, and monetization opportunities at scale.
