About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This person will be a strategic finance partner across content production, operations, and business development. You will provide high-impact financial insights, build models to support decision-making, and help scale our financial systems and processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, collaborative, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

What You'll be Doing:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for content production, revenue, and operating expenses.

• Modeling & Decision Support:
Build robust financial models to evaluate content investments, new ventures, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives.

• Production Finance:
Partner with producers to monitor budgets, track actuals, and ensure cost discipline on shoots and studio projects.

• KPI & Performance Tracking:
Develop and maintain dashboards that give insight into content ROI and business performance.

• Strategic Projects:
Support high-priority initiatives such as international expansion, licensing deals, or platform partnerships with financial diligence and analysis.

• Reporting & Presentations:
Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal leadership, board of directors, and external partners.

• Process Optimization:
Identify and implement improvements to financial workflows, systems, and tools as the company scales.

• Ad-Hoc Analyses as necessary.

What Makes You a Fit:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance–preferably within media, entertainment, or tech
• Expert in Excel/Google Sheets modeling; familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Adaptive) a plus
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with both creatives and executives
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment
• Passion for creator-driven content, digital media, or the YouTube ecosystem is a major plus
