Recruiting Coordinator (Greenville, NC)

Beast is growing quickly, and great recruiting at this scale depends on exceptional coordination, judgment, and care for the candidate experience. We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring across all our teams, and to help keep recruiting running smoothly as we scale.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and timelines matter. You’ll be a key partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, ensuring every step of the hiring process is thoughtful, efficient, and human.
The Role
Reporting to the VP, Talent, you’ll own the coordination and logistics that keeps recruiting moving. You’ll manage scheduling across busy calendars, support candidates through the interview process, and help maintain the systems and processes that allow the team to move fast without dropping the ball.
This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in operational excellence, communicates clearly, and wants to grow in recruiting, talent operations, or people operations over time.
What You’ll Do
Keep Recruiting Running Smoothly
• Coordinate interviews across multiple teams, time zones, and schedules.
• Manage candidate communications from first interview through offer stage.
• Ensure interviewers and candidates are prepared with the right information at the right time.
• Track candidates accurately through our ATS and recruiting tools.
Deliver a Strong Candidate Experience
• Be a warm, responsive, and reliable point of contact for candidates.
• Represent Beast professionally and thoughtfully at every touchpoint.
• Anticipate issues before they arise and proactively keep candidates informed.
Support Recruiters and Hiring Teams
• Partner closely with recruiters to keep searches moving forward.
• Help manage interview loops, feedback collection, and decision timelines.
• Assist with offer logistics, background checks, and onboarding handoffs as needed.
Help Build Recruiting for Scale
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, tools, and processes.
• Create consistency and clarity as hiring volume increases.
• Support recruiting operations projects that improve speed, accuracy, and experience.
What You’ll Bring
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a fast-paced administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and you enjoy keeping complex processes running cleanly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-changing environment.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing accuracy or follow-through.
• Professional judgment, discretion, and a high bar for candidate experience.
• Interest in recruiting, talent operations, and building teams in creative, high-growth environments.
