Turn Attention Into Action at Global Scale
As Head of Growth (Viral) Marketing, you will define how attention becomes action. You will build and operate viral and social-led growth systems that convert cultural moments into sign-ups, activation, revenue, retention, and repeat engagement across MrBeast products, services, and partners.
You will lead Viral Marketing across the consumer and partner ecosystem, connecting creativity, data, and distribution into a unified approach that drives growth at scale. This role is designed for a senior leader who builds engines, not campaigns, and who can operate with speed, judgment, and commercial rigor in a high-velocity environment.
The Role
You will lead the Viral Marketing function for MrBeast consumer products, services, and brand partners, including Feastables and future launches across fintech, telecom, loyalty, and retail.
Your mandate is to design and scale the systems that turn massive reach into durable business outcomes across multiple businesses, audiences, and economic models.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and grow the Viral Marketing organization, including team structure, operating cadence, experimentation frameworks, and performance metrics
• Design repeatable, social-first growth systems that convert attention into sign-ups, activation, revenue, and retention
• Own and influence performance outcomes tied to viral and social-led marketing, including conversion efficiency and return on investment
• Develop integrated launch and growth systems that connect creative, distribution, partnerships, retail, and lifecycle marketing
• Partner closely with Product, Performance Marketing, Analytics, Creative, and Production leadership to drive coordinated execution
• Lead growth initiatives with brand and retail partners that deliver both cultural relevance and measurable business impact
• Establish clear reporting and learning loops to scale what works, improve efficiency, and quickly stop what does not
• Hire, develop, and lead senior marketers and managers, building a function that operates independently of founder involvement
What You’ll Bring
• 10 or more years leading marketing, growth, or integrated marketing functions with direct accountability for business outcomes
• A proven track record of turning cultural attention into sign-ups, usage, revenue, and repeat engagement
• Strong commercial judgment across multiple business models, including consumer products, services, subscriptions, fintech, telecom, or partnerships
• Deep understanding of how social and viral mechanics influence behavior across the full customer lifecycle
• Experience building and scaling teams, systems, and processes in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Ability to balance creative instinct with analytical rigor and performance discipline
• Comfort operating at high velocity while making clear decisions with imperfect information
