Director of People - Consumer (Feastables)
Build the People Foundation Behind One of the Fastest-Growing Consumer Brands in the World
Feastables is MrBeast's chocolate and consumer goods brand – and it's scaling fast. As Director of People for Consumer, you will serve as the primary people partner to the Feastables organization, building the HR infrastructure and culture that powers a high-growth CPG business while keeping it connected to the values that make this brand different.
This role sits at a rare intersection: a founder-led creative company with the operational complexity of a scaling consumer goods business. You will partner with the Feastables GM and leadership team across commercial, supply chain, R&D, and operations – earning trust from the Chicago office to the distribution floor.
The Role
You will own the full people strategy for Feastables – from employee relations and manager effectiveness to workforce planning and culture. You will be the person who builds where there's nothing, adapts where the fit isn't right, and holds the line on people standards when the business is moving fast.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in environments where the work is still being defined and the stakes are real.
What You'll Do
• Serve as the primary people partner to Feastables leadership, including the General Manager and functional heads across commercial, supply chain, R&D, and operations
• Lead all employee relations efforts for the consumer business – investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, and risk mitigation
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across all levels of the Feastables organization, from the corporate office to distribution and manufacturing partners
• Coach and develop first-time and mid-level managers on people practices, feedback, and team effectiveness in a CPG context
• Partner with leadership on organizational design, headcount planning, and workforce strategy as the business scales
• Translate MrBeast corporate people practices into Feastables-appropriate applications that reflect the realities of a consumer goods operating environment
• Drive culture initiatives that connect the Feastables team to the broader Beast Industries mission while honoring the distinct identity of a CPG brand
• Advise on compensation, performance calibration, talent development, and succession planning across the consumer org
What You'll Bring
• 8–12 years of progressive HR or people experience, including dedicated business partner roles in consumer, CPG, retail, or food & beverage
• Demonstrated experience supporting distributed workforces that include both corporate and non-desk employees – supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing-adjacent
• Deep expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations in a fast-paced operating environment
• Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at multiple levels, including senior executives and founders
• Experience building HR infrastructure from scratch or an early state – not just inheriting a mature people function
• Background in a high-growth, founder-led, or brand-driven organization is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
