Role Overview
The Main Channel Brand Creative is embedded within the content team and is responsible for developing and executing brand partnership creative specifically for main channel videos. This role translates brand briefs into concepts that meet partner objectives while preserving the tone, quality, and audience-first approach of main channel content.
This role is fully dedicated to brand integrations on main channel. It does not support non-brand content. Success is defined by ensuring brand partnerships are creatively strong, aligned with content standards, and delivered on time.
The Role
You will own the creative development of brand integrations for main channel content from brief through pitch and execution alignment. This includes shaping how brands are integrated into videos, ensuring concepts meet both partner goals and content expectations, and maintaining consistency across partnership arcs.
You act as the creative authority for brand presence on main channel. You are responsible for protecting content quality while enabling effective brand partnerships.
What You’ll Do
• Translate brand briefs into creative concepts, scripts, visual treatments, and pitch materials for main channel integrations
• Ensure all brand concepts meet the main channel content quality bar and do not weaken the video
• Develop multiple creative approaches per brief, including varying levels of integration
• Partner with business development and partnerships teams to create pitch-ready concepts for prospective deals
• Build visual mockups, narrative walkthroughs, and campaign story arcs for partner presentations
• Participate in brand pitch meetings as the creative representative, speaking to execution and audience impact
• Maintain a brand creative playbook defining voice, visual language, and creative principles for each partnership
• Ensure consistency across multiple videos within a partnership arc
• Serve as the single point of creative accountability for brand integrations on main channel
What You’ll Bring
• 5 years of experience in creative development, advertising, branded content, or content strategy
• Experience at a creative agency or in-house brand studio preferred
• Strong understanding of YouTube content mechanics, including pacing, hooks, and audience retention
• Ability to develop and present visual storytelling concepts clearly to internal teams and partners
• Experience operating at the intersection of creative and commercial objectives
• Ability to deliver high-quality creative work under compressed timelines
• Experience working with major consumer brands and understanding how brand teams evaluate creative
