Job Title: Entry-level Avid Installer

Job Description:
Our post-production company is seeking an experienced Avid System Installer. Our Avid Installers are responsible for the delivery and installation of our editing equipment to the client's facility and/or home. This position requires transporting equipment in our company's delivery vehicles. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of one year experience using and setting up professional computer systems. Candidate needs to have thorough knowledge on how to build and configure a Mac-based computer. We are looking for an Avid Installer who can work in a team setting, provide excellent customer service and has experience with on-site equipment installations. The Avid Installer will work with our higher-level Avid Technicians and have the opportunity for on-the-job training. Avid Installers work directly with our clients and our staff. Our clients experience begins when you deliver and install our top-notch editing system. We are in search of a candidate that has a strong work ethic and is driven to provide excellent customer service. This entry-level position plays an intracule role in company's continual growth and over-all customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Build and test Edit Systems
• Review/test functionality of equipment with clients
• Interact and communicate clearly with clients
• Ability to work with all levels of an organization
• Timely completion of daily assignments
• Capable of lifting 45 pounds
• Cable and test audio & video signals
• Experience with properly running ethernet cabling
• Ability to rack-mount equipment
• Properly load and unload equipment into company vehicles
• Deliver, set-up and test all aspects of the Avid Edit System (including edit consoles, desks, chairs, couches, large monitors, monitor pole-stands, etc.)
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail

Job Requirements:
• Available to work Monday Through Friday from 9am to 6pm, after-hours as needed
• Minimum 1-year experience
• Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check
• Professional appearance and conduct that aligns with our company's standards
• Perform work with quality, efficiency, and safety

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours, per week)
Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm, after-hours as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Burbank, CA 91505: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:
• California Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record
Willingness to travel:
• 25% (Preferred)
