Contribution Processing Clerk - Temporary
We are seeking a Contribution Processing Clerk in our Contribution Processing Department to assist in reviewing and verifying records to ensure accuracy of information/data provided to us by our business partners. We receive a large number of reports on a daily basis that need your detailed attention to ensure accuracy of this data.
Two years processing/accounting/data entry experience with strong attention to detail.
High School Diploma/ GED.
Accurate typing - 45 WPM/10 Key by touch.
Extensive MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook experience required.
Ability to work overtime/extended hours on the weekends and evenings, based on business need.
Your responsibilities would include:
Verification of large amounts of data.
Preparation of electronically submitted reports for editing.
Preparation of billing, and/or credit requests.
Work on or handle special projects as needed.
Participate in responding to participant inquiries - Customer service.
