We are looking for a detail oriented, temporary Budget & Procurement Coordinator for our IT department.
This role supports with the overall financial management of the department, overhead, capital and project budgeting, vendor management, procurement, contract administration, asset management, software license compliance, financial statements, reporting, and analytics.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in IT budgeting, vendor management, procurement, contract negotiation, asset management, software license compliance, financial statements, reporting and analytics.
2. Proven experience managing/controlling project budgets within a project portfolio.
3. Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to work with C-Level sponsors.
4. Strong analytical, leadership, problem solving, organizational, and planning skills.
5. Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
6. Professional level Microsoft excel skills.
7. Experience with Manage Engine's Asset, Purchase, Contracts and Reports modules. (Preferred)
Your responsibilities would include:
1. Managing all monthly IT expenses.
2. Reviewing, monitoring, and analyzing the reasonableness of budgetary requests, recommend appropriate balance, and use of limited resources.
3. Act as the liaison between MPIPHP IT with purchasing, legal, finance and other departments.
4. Reviewing IT Purchase Orders and contracts for conformance to company policy.
