We are seeking an Accounting Clerk responsible for supporting the daily administrative and financial activities of the Finance and Accounting Team under the direction of the Controller.
Your responsibilities would include:
•Supporting the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable
•Daily deposits, reconciliation of daily deposits, researching issues related to banking, deposits, confirming wire transfers, and administering petty cash,
•Preparation of journal entries, assisting with month and year-end financial closes
•Special projects as needed.
•1-3 years' experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping and/or payroll.
•High School Diploma or GED.
•Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
•Strong PC skills including Windows, Word and Excel required.
•Ability to work extended hours based on business needs (Including evenings and weekends).
