Accounting Clerk - Temporary
We are seeking a temporary Accounting Clerk responsible for supporting the daily administrative and financial activities of the Finance and Accounting Team under the direction of the Controller.
1-3 years' experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping and/or payroll.
High School Diploma or GED.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong PC skills including Windows, Word and Excel required.
Ability to work extended hours based on business need (Including evenings and weekends).
Your responsibilities would include:
Supporting the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, daily deposits, reconciliation of daily deposits, researching issues related to banking, deposits, confirming wire transfers, administering petty cash, preparation of journal entries, assisting with month and year-end financial closes, and special projects as needed.
