Executive Assistant to the CEO
Motion Picture Corporation of America (MPCA) is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO to oversee a variety of administrative and creative tasks.
Responsibilities include: drafting correspondence, phones, scheduling, booking travel, creating pitch decks, and coordinating gifting, as well as a variety of occasional personal tasks. You would also help manage the office, making sure supplies are stocked, scheduling service calls if equipment goes down, and placing other orders as needed. It's a busy desk but hours are reasonable, pay is competitive, benefits are included, and there's plenty of room to grow.
During any downtime, you will have the opportunity to work with other departments as desired, reading and covering scripts, calling for avails, putting together sales/promo sheets, helping the business affairs department, or exploring any other aspect of the company. Previous experience as an assistant at an agency, production company, studio or network is heavily preferred. Also looking for someone with strong writing, organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage time, pay attention to detail, anticipate needs, and work with Mac and Office programs. This position is based in Los Angeles.
Looking to hire quickly.
