The Role
We are looking for someone to join our team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. We would like to see someone who has previous experience working in a similar role within a fast-paced environment. However, this position could also suit someone with great organisational skills who is looking to start their career in a successful media organisation.
Responsibilities
You will be supporting the localisation team, who are responsible for the localisation of multiple IPs in both live action and animated formats. The content features both dialogue and vocals and is localised into 30 languages globally. This role involves day to day administrative support for the entire localisation team, including:
• Managing the data entry of projects within internal tracking systems, including tracking and uploading metadata.
• Running reports and tracking metrics.
• Assisting the team with delivery of localised content and updating trackers accordingly.
• Raising of purchase orders.
• Assisting with any general data entry, and ad hoc projects.
This role will be a key support to the localisation team and will be crucial in enabling them to meet their collective deadlines and goals.
