We are on the lookout for a skilled Gaming Producer to join our team in London, focusing on creating captivating games for kids on mobile and Roblox platforms. This is a full-time, office-based position requiring a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and effective project management. As a Gaming Producer, you will be instrumental in transforming our gaming ideas into successful apps and games that resonate with our young audience.
Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end production process for our gaming projects on Roblox and mobile.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business to develop engaging game experiences, ensuring alignment with our vision and franchises.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and efficiently.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned with project goals.
• Ensure games adhere to quality standards, focusing on creating successful, child-friendly gaming experiences.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, particularly in the children's gaming sector, to inform and inspire innovative project development.
Requirements
• Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering games and apps.
• Strong familiarity with and experience on IOS, Android and on Roblox.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience of working within ambiguous and unstructured environment, whilst embedding processes and procedures for gaming production
• A deep passion for developing entertaining and safe gaming experiences for children.
• Knowledge of game design principles and a player-centric approach to development.
• Experience of working in a fast paced and commercially focussed environment
