About The Role
The Commercial Account Executive will successfully lead client projects in the execution and delivery of branded campaigns. The Commercial Account Executive will support project implementation and will work closely with Sales, Channel Managers and the Creative & Production team to support clients and help them achieve their commercial objectives. As part of the Commercial Team, they will be responsible for tracking campaign objectives, administration and maximising and controlling margin… ultimately making sure clients are delighted in a partnership with Moonbug.
The role is based in Los Angeles but will work closely with the London-based Commercial Team.
Responsibilities
• Build positive professional relationships with clients and internal teams while effectively supporting the project to successful completion.
• Work with in-house and external production teams, to support the delivery of campaigns in the UK and internationally.
• Define and execute project requirements, objectives, and assumptions necessary to successfully complete a project.
• Budget, schedule, plan, and control project activities to fulfil objectives and satisfy project requirements within margin and within legislation.
• Monitor and help to coordinate all associated project resources to gain alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Communicate, double-check, update and track project information and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the commercial, creative, production and legal teams for the successful execution of all campaigns.
• Work with the commercial team to support proposal responses. Helping to build proposal responses in presentation formats, including creative concepts, media and activation as well as talent suggestions.
• Help to manage multiple projects simultaneously within established scope, schedule, and budget to ensure they meet the requirements of the brief and maintaining a focus on quality.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of commercially branded campaigns
• Create and deliver project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Communicate effectively and act as client's primary point of contact for all questions
Qualifications
You have campaign management experience, possess strong creative business acumen, exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to project manage and work effectively under deadlines and in complex environments. Knowledge of the digital landscape is very important. Specific qualifications:
• 3+ years experience in digital media business
• Strong client relationship skills
• Digitally savvy
• Quick learner- understands new digital products/technology quickly
• Strong organisational, time management, negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical ability
• Sales and target driven
• Experienced commercial acumen
• Working knowledge of using YouTube analysis at the CMS level
• YouTube certified in Audience Growth a major plus
• Ability to work within a diverse, cross-functional team to achieve a common goal, including stakeholders in Sales, Operations, Production, and Talent
• Experience devising and executing promotional campaigns
• Entrepreneurial - Self driven, solution-oriented
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Impeccably spoken and written English
• Ability to creatively solve problems and to strategize for future trending
• Ability to resolve queries efficiently
• Ability to project manage
• Good judgment and strong critical thinking skills
• High level of organization, detail orientation and ability to manage multiple deadlines
