The Senior Manager, Business Operations is responsible for driving revenue growth by designing, managing, and optimizing a year-round calendar of sales events, lead-generation initiatives, and promotional moments to drive business development efforts. This position will support our key business leaders with a wide range of transformation efforts with the intention of growing revenue through the Business Operations team.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain a comprehensive 12-month sales activity and event calendar aligned to all transformation revenue initiatives, and key business objectives.
• Prepare CEO/CMO level presentations for Business Operations leadership for potential prospects supporting revenue initiatives.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for C-Suite executive decision makers expecting a minimum of 150 connections weekly.
• Collaborate to design and implement lead-generation strategies tied to events, promotions, and campaigns.
• Partner with internal Sales and Marketing teams to define lead targets, capture methods, and follow-up workflows.
• Assist in tracking lead performance from acquisition through conversion, finding opportunities to improve quality and volume.
• Analyze sales event performance, lead conversion rates, and return on investment across channels.
• Align promotional calendars with broader organizational initiatives and brand priorities.
• Support sales teams with data, timelines, and tools to support new business announcements.
• Support on Business Operations transformation projects including development of customer leads and platforms, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and agency partners on deliverables in support of the project.
• Work scheduled events to develop strong client relationships and to ensure events run smoothly.
• Work with project collaborators (Architect, Owners Rep, General Contractor) and assigned agencies on Arts, Sponsorship, Team/Community, and Fan Experience integration projects within the new venue to drive new revenue opportunities.
• Support leadership in managing development for new venue related products.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5 years of work experience in related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience working within a sports organization is a plus.
• Ability to provide clear creative direction, timely and helpful feedback to improve creative processes to keep work on budget and schedule.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- 90,000.00
