Position Overview: The Sr. Financial Analyst position is responsible for assisting with month-end variance analysis, budget and forecast support, preparation and analysis of financial reports. This position will also lead and support to the Arena Finance Department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with providing month-end financial statement variance analysis for Arena.
• Identify areas for improved reporting, processes and opportunities to provide enhanced support to departments.
• Support with creation of annual budget and forecasting.
• Assist in analysis of financial impact to support potential business decisions.
• Develop strong partnerships with departments to improve communication, accuracy of financials, and reporting needs.
• Perform ad hoc analysis as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors' Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3 years of previous finance and/or accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong professional ethics and sensitivity in handling confidential information.
• Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
• Dedicated, hard-working, and dependable.
• Experience with Tableau is helpful.
