This is a Part Time Job
The Assistant, Premium Experiences & Engagement is responsible for supporting the execution of guest services and concierge operations across premium spaces, the business and conference center, and tours and attractions within Capital One Arena. This role focuses on service readiness, event support, and guest-facing assistance to ensure a consistent, welcoming, and high-quality experience for premium guests.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests in premium and VIP areas as needed.
• Support concierge and front-of-house staff with guest inquiries and requests.
• Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming atmosphere in all premium spaces.
• Assist with ensuring VIP and premium areas are clean, organized, and service-ready.
• Support room setups, resets, and light staging before and after events.
• Conduct basic walkthroughs to identify and report issues to supervisors.
• Support event-day and non-event-day operations in premium spaces.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, tours, and activations.
• Help coordinate supplies, materials, and signage as directed.
• Assist with uniform distribution, collection, and dry-cleaning coordination.
• Support supervisors with basic scheduling coverage needs.
• Follow established service standards and operational procedures.
• Communicate issues, guest feedback, or maintenance needs to leadership.
• Work collaboratively with food & beverage, operations, and guest experience teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 1 years of previous experience in hospitality, guest services, events, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing schedules.
• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods.
• Experience in premium, VIP, or luxury service environments.
• Familiarity with live events, sports, or entertainment venues.
• Interest in hospitality, tourism, or event operations.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
