The Office Manager will coordinate and oversee administrative duties in the Monumental Sports & Entertainment offices and ensure that the offices operate efficiently and smoothly.

Responsibilities:
• Perform receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and answering direct phone calls.
• Assist with all aspects of space/infrastructure planning (ex. moves, additions, changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions when requested.
• Provide direct administrative support including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events; booking travel; maintaining file systems; and updating contacts database.
• Support Facility Resources with coordinating and handling deliveries.
• Organize and work with maintenance companies/contracts to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order.
• Supervise and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify needs and acquire supplies, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate food deliveries when requested.
• Implement policies and procedures, measure outcomes against standards, and improve operational flow.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure HRIS database, seating assignments, access, and technical needs of employees are coordinated, especially for the onboarding process.
• Establish and maintain a booking solution for hoteling workstations and conference rooms.
• Assist with handling employee and guest parking requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• 1-2 years experience as an administrative or office manager.
• Strong working knowledge using Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Deadline driven with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective organizational skills, able to efficiently balance several projects at once, prioritizing as needed.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay Range: $55k - 65k USD.
