Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle talent acquisition efforts for assigned roles across various business functions, with an emphasis on mid-level and specialized talent.
• Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers to align talent strategies with business needs, including intake meetings, role scoping, and interview planning.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date job postings across all internal and external platforms.
• Audit and manage systems access for hiring managers across platforms such as Spark Hire and TeamWork Online.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with external search partners and platforms to support role visibility and candidate outreach.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of hiring processes and candidate workflows to improve efficiency and experience.
• Partner cross-functionally on hiring events, candidate engagement initiatives, and special talent acquisition projects.
• Conduct market research and stay current on industry trends to inform talent acquisition strategies and position design
• Assist in the implementation of talent-related initiatives and perform other duties as designated by the Director.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to develop effective relationships within an organization to support the departmental recruiting process and hiring goals.
• Ability to lead and develop high recruiting efforts resulting in a reduced time to fill.
• 3 years of proven work experience in talent acquisition or similar role leading recruiting strategy and/or workforce planning.
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, make timely decisions and drive growth.
• Proven track record of developing customer focused systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience designing and implementing successful recruiting campaigns using social media and other digital recruiting techniques.
• Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
• Excellent understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or HR databases.
• Advanced Excel proficiency necessary and strong MS Word and PowerPoint experience.
Pay Range: $68 - 83k USD.
