The Manager, Global Partnership Marketing delivers unique value to Monumental Sports & Entertainment's corporate partners through the business management and implementation of all contractual assets. This role's primary focus is to demonstrate clear return on partner business objectives in order to ensure maximum partnership retention and renewal rate.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the Monumental brands (Washington Capitals, Washington Mystics, Washington Wizards, Capital City Go-Go, Wizards District Gaming, Caps Gaming, COA, MCI, and MHPC) and their associated assets as it relates to portfolio of assigned accounts.
• Develop positive relationships with existing partners and strategically craft incremental sponsorship opportunities by identifying new co-branded opportunities and activations.
• Build client brand briefs and work closely with all internal departments to generate the most effective partnership idea offerings and execution tactics based on partner needs.
• Prioritize and implement all assigned Monumental corporate partners' contractual elements.
• Ensure the timely delivery of all partner marketing content per agreement.
• Track results and prepare all post season recaps for assigned accounts.
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are fulfilled flawlessly to increase partner renewals.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sports marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years related sponsorship experience.
• Experience compiling and analyzing data from multiple sources and building meaningful presentations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Maturity and integrity, with a solid work ethic.
• Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and adapt in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with research and reporting tools is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay Range: $53-56k USD. Commission eligible role.
