Position Overview: The Business Intelligence Intern is responsible for supporting all initiatives regarding consumer insights, data analytics, data architecture, visualizations and other projects as needed. These channels help us track and implement all interaction between MSE and the customers of our sports properties including survey analysis, marketing strategy, data analytics, and data visualization/reporting. You will learn through on-the-job experience about professional database management and data analytics. This is a paid internship.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large data sets to identify relevant trends and significant data points.
• Pull data sets for macro level analysis and visualization.
• Automate data pulls for various partners in our business operations organization.
• Research and understand standard methodologies for data analysis.
• Contribute to data analytics initiatives across the marketing department.
• Support the business intelligence department on initiatives and special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be an undergraduate or graduate student.
• Proficiently experienced with Microsoft Excel.
• SQL, Tableau, and/or python experience preferred.
• Outstanding work ethic and a meticulous nature.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Well organized, thorough, and detail driven.
• Able to develop and maintain successful working relationships.
• Experience with Tableau and data analysis software.
• Reliable transportation and housing.
