Position Overview: The Graphic Designer, Digital is responsible for conceptualizing, building, and executing digital content for multimedia and graphics projects. This designer will collaborate closely on a team focused on brand and campaign design, digital marketing, print and collateral marketing, promotional marketing and in-arena marketing.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, and developers to build digital content.
• Design creative solutions for projects including websites, product graphics, emails, social media graphics, brand campaigns, and interactive displays.
• Collaborate with internal designers, video productions and other digital teams to deliver designs that are creative, useful, and align with technical and brand standards.
• See ideas through concept to implementation, working with project managers, design colleagues, team specific marketing departments, and content specialists to deliver an exciting fan experience.
• Research and propose new industry leading software and applications to craft and develop digital solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors' Degree.
• 3 years of professional design experience.
• Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premier Pro, InDesign and Dreamweaver.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, A/B Testing, Analytics.
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to clearly share and communicate new concepts and design ideas with the team.
• A portfolio of previous design work to showcase experience, creativity, and outstanding attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to meet client expectations.
• Positive, dedicated to success, and loves working on a team.
• Flexibility to work extended and irregular hours to assist with last minute needs.
