The Analyst, Global Partnership Finance is responsible for independently tracking and reporting Global Partnerships revenue using contract and inventory management tools. This role serves as a key liaison between the Global Partnerships and Finance teams, supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:
• Track and supervise all financial information related to MSE's sponsorship contracts.
• Maintain a contract list with detailed revenue calculations to facilitate tracking of annual sales goals and monthly financial reporting.
• Complete recurring internal and external financial reports, quarterly league revenue reporting, and monthly sponsorship revenue reports for upper management.
• Serve as a liaison for sponsorship related information for all annual MSE third-party audits.
• Work cross functionally with departments for ticket, suites, and billing reconciliations.
• Lead partner receivables collection efforts, performing client outreach and meeting with the sales staff to review open balances.
• Develop positive relationships with Partnerships team, answering any/all requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of monthly sponsorship commissions.
• Serve as a primary KORE and Salesforce training resource.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree; Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2 years of prior finance or accounting related work experience (for a sports-related entity highly preferred).
• Knowledge of fundamental accounting principles, guidelines and revenue recognition.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
• Must be a great collaborator and teammate.
