The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to two senior executives, the Chief Financial Officer and the Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Ideal candidates will be self-starters who can work across different levels and functions in the organization and who also understand the importance of the discretion required in supporting senior level executives.

Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications.
• Assist in organizing events, meetings, and business engagements.
• Handle filing and other general administrative tasks.
• Coordinate scheduling and travel, prepare and submit expense reports, manage credit card.
• Work with Finance and Legal Departments as required.
• Assist and support the Executive Office as needed.
• Assist in preparing and distributing various financial reports and related documents internally to MSE management and externally to auditors, lenders, Leagues.
• Circulate and obtain signatures on various corporate documents.
• Coordinate certain corporate tax filings (obtaining signatures, transmittal, etc). Maintain tax files.
• Assist Finance Department in establishing and maintaining certain banking accounts and records.
• Coordinate legal documents for signature(s).
• Assist in governmental reporting and corporate filings, including renewing certain licenses and permits.
• Assist in maintaining document management system and corporate records.
• Assist with insurance-related matters (e.g., requesting and distributing Certificates of Insurance as required by contracts).
• Manage legal invoices.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of office management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively and in a professional and diplomatic manner with internal and external clients at all levels.
• Organized with the ability to work efficiently and problem-solve in a dynamic, fast paced work environment.
• Strong professional ethics and sensitivity in dealing with confidential information.
• Excellent planning and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Digital literacy and proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite.
Pay Range: $65-75k USD.
Benefit Eligibility: This role is eligible to participate in health and welfare benefits.
Salary/Benefits
$65.00 - 75.00 per year
