Position Overview: The Coordinator, Facility Logistics position is responsible for the day-to-day office operations, supplies, and inventory management at the Medstar Health Performance Center. This position will support operations including efficiently screen incoming mail, maintain office supply inventory, send time-sensitive shipments, inventory, manage and stock beverages, supplements, and nutrition items. The role will also assist with other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:
• Receive, process, and deliver all mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence handling to employees and clients.
• Coordinate the handling, routing, pick-up, and delivery activities of mail operations within the facility.
• Oversee loading dock appearance as it relates to MHPC & MSE footprint at the venue.
• Liaise with vendors by coordinating service appointments and needs related to printing, shredding, Stericycle, etc.
• Organize, stock, distribute, and manage inventory of office and nutrition supplies as requested while maintaining appearance of spaces.
• Communicate with Medical Performance staff to maintain inventory of beverages and food items in training areas, employee break spaces, and travel needs.
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demand in a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties as assigned include but are not limited to event production assistance, moving furniture, servicing everyday needs of facility and Monumental Basketball clientele.
• Assist Mgr. Facilities & Events on projects and facilities tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 years office experience preferred.
• Digital literacy including proficiency using both PC and Apple products and applications.
• Must demonstrate professional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with the ability to problem-solve and make effective decisions in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Physical activity required, ability to easily lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work extended hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
Pay Range: $50,000 USD.
