The Manager, Client Services is responsible for supporting the Suites Department to ensure outstanding client service is provided to all suite clients and guests. This position will assist all Suites, Tickets and Partnerships sales and service staff with their internal suite needs.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Client Services team to handle suite clients and Players Club member accounts.
• Work effectively within the team by prioritizing tasks and taking individual initiative to meet departmental goals.
• Lead part-time team members in the Suites department to ensure outstanding client service is provided to all guests.
• Build positive relationships with all clients to ensure they always have a first class experience while using creativity to create memorable events and experiences.
• Own relationships with assigned customer accounts including being responsible for customer on-boarding, ensuring retention and up-sells.
• Maintain established relationships to understand our client's hospitality goals, setting in place practical next steps and increasing client engagement.
• Contribute to the development, planning, and execution of suite owner events throughout the year, including an Annual Suite Tasting, Away Game Trips, Player Dinners, and the Golf Tournament.
• Use Salesforce to record suite ownership along with tracking account history, suite payments, relevant client information, and client touchpoints.
• Partner with catering vendors to ensure all client food and beverage needs and requests are met.
• Serve as the main point of contact during assigned events, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Conduct both in game and office visits to maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage suite client ticket and pass requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• 2 years of client services experience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality business.
• Salesforce and Archtics experience is preferred.
• Experience in a managerial role, including part-time positions, is a plus.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interact in a professional, respectful, and mature manner with clients at all levels, both internal and external.
• A consistent record of success building positive relationships with premium clients.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay Range: $57k - $65k USD
