This is a Part Time Job
Position Overview: The Assistant, Arena Employee Experience is responsible for providing support in coordination and execution of part-time interviews, onboarding, uniform inventory/distribution, administration, and other facets that ensure our part-time team members at Capital One Arena are successful in their roles.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for coordinating and scheduling interviews for part-time Arena Experience event staff applicants.
• Collaboratively plan and carry out in-person interview days for event staff.
• Assist Arena Experience management with providing communication to applicants throughout the interview and onboarding process.
• Spearhead the onboarding process for Arena Experience new hires in collaboration with Arena Experience Supervisors.
• Coordinate uniform orders for new staff and assist Wardrobe in providing oversight of uniform inventory.
• Assist with the integration of new hires to help ensure their success through attendance, training, and data driven metrics.
• Help maintain up-to-date new hire team member information.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of administrative experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of ABI preferred.
• Ability to optimally balance a diverse workload and prioritize workload in order to complete projects on a timeline.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to develop positive working relationships and interact comfortably with clients, partners, and team members at all levels.
