Must Haves:
You know and love the platforms - what works, how to optimize content, and what each algorithm likes. You can answer the question: how can one piece of information be transformed to fit each platform? We're looking for someone who knows where to look to find tricks and trends to succeed on TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

You have an eye for what looks and sounds good. Whether it's short-form TikTok videos, an infographic on Instagram, or a caption on Facebook, you'll be in charge of making sure each piece of content communicates effectively, is on brand, and looks great! You have your go-to tools on-hand, ready to create compelling content. (Think the Adobe Suite, Canva, or comparable apps and editing programs.)

You know how to rally the troops and push projects across the finish line. Whether you're coaching talent, explaining and pitching ideas for new trends, or executing a plan to repurpose weekly episode content, we need someone who will own it, build off of it, and make things happen!

Nice to Haves:
You're the first to try the new feature Instagram rolled out and you're the first person to pull out their phone to capture a cool moment.
You have experience creating content for a vibrant social community. This could be for a personal or branded account.
You have a passion for the power of simple, but great financial strategy. We're all about fast-tracking peoples' financial freedom so they can focus on what really matters.
